I know I've been M.I.A. for the last two months but I am soooo glad to be back. During the month of October I spent most of my time planning for my first International trip with hubby. I was so busy planning and so excited about the trip I really couldn't get my brain to focus on anything else and come on, can you blame me? We left mid November on our first journey to Paris, France and the Amsterdam, Netherlands and I have to say it was the best trip ever!!!
If you haven't been to these two cities, you need to go, like, right now!
Paris is so romantic and beautiful and Amsterdam is also beautiful and completely chill. Although I missed Thanksgiving with the fam and it was cold as heck, I have no regrets as this was the best way to spend out 8 year anniversary and my B-Day!
We got back mid November but of course my time was off so I really couldn't function long enough to get a post up and when my brain got back on track I wanted to catch up on some jewelry making.
Well things are back in order now and I made my first jewelry sale on Ebay, yay! #Motivation :)
That brings me to my writing and some changes you may see around the blog. If you read my blog often enough you will know that it focuses on everyday topics and positive aspirations but now I will also be taking you on my jewelry journey which I hope you all will enjoy.
I am just at the beginning of my journey and hope that you come along this wonderful ride with me.
Thanks so much for reading and be sure to stay tuned for my brand new post as well as my new Etsy shop coming soon.
The best time to see and go on top of the Eiffel Tower is at night. Yes, I made it all the way to the top and didn't due to the fact that I am not the biggest fan of heights. :) The lights, the light show and the view is just amazing!
What was even more of a bonus was that the Eiffel was only two blocks away from our hotel, clapping hands. :)))
The whole time we were on our way to Paris I kept saying, I can't wait to taste their wine and cheese, yup, so worth it! The wine was soooo good, even got a bottle of Rose at the restaurant for $9.00, yes, you read that correctly. The same bottle in NY would have been double the price, amazing! The cheese was also amazing but of course I ate it all before I remembered to take a pic. Oopsy!
The beautiful roses hubby bought me during our first walk around the Eiffel and a super cute Eiffel souvenir that lights up. These two things are happily sitting in front of our Living Room TV. :) Thanks honey! :)))
Now, here we are in Amsterdam and the guy in the hood is my hubby. :) Yes, we felt like we needed the same exact picture at the same exact time, haha. There is so much more to this city then just...well you know...the architecture is absolutely gorgeous.
Then there is that other stuff which I will let you all talk about amongst yourselves. ;)
Such a great trip!..Good Times...Good Times... xoxo
