Control Will Drive You Crazy...

While growing up I have watched many of my adult loved ones worry about so much, whether it be big or small and these were things in which they had no control over.  Although this was hard to watch at times it has helped me to learn that if you worry about every single thing and every single person, you will just worry yourself insane.

Now, I'm not saying you will literally end up in a stray jacket but you may come damn close.  There are many people who unfortunately worry themselves to death and that is because we are not taught from young that we can't control every single thing life throws at us.  We either have to deal with what life has to offer, big or small or move on.

If you are one of the people who believe that you can be in control of every aspect of life then you are in for a world of nothing but stress and worry and instead of enjoying life you'll just be missing out on life's pleasantries. You will also be missing out on accomplishing your dreams, goals and aspirations and before you know it, you have let many years pass you buy because you were stuck in a rut of trying to be in control.

I almost went along this path myself and until this day I have to check myself once in a while.  I have learned that when it comes to the things in my life I can't worry about every little thing because if I just take the time to truly be grateful for the things I have now, then everything else will fall into place.

In regards to people, I have learned that everyone has to find their own way and make their own mistakes. If I spend my time worrying about everyone else, I will never have a chance to just do me and the things I enjoy.

Everyday we must remind ourselves to enjoy life, achieve our goals and not worry ourselves crazy because the years and the joy of life will just pass us by.

Do you catch yourself worrying about everyone and everything? If so, what will you do today to change that?

Thanks so much for reading ladies and remember to leave your thoughts and comments below.
